Wadadlivity x BodyHoliday St. Lucia Retreat
Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective for all bookings made for March 26–30, 2027. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully.

1. Pricing & Payments

  • Early Bird Discounts: Automatically applied to bookings made between August 15 and November 1, 2026.

  • Payment Plans: Available only for bookings placed by November 1, 2026. Requires a non‑refundable $250 deposit, with the balance paid in three equal installments.

  • Standard Bookings: Reservations made after November 1, 2026 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Currency: All prices are listed and processed in US dollars (USD).

2. Cancellations & Transfers

  • Cancellations before December 31, 2026: 50% of the total booking will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations after December 31, 2026: 100% of the total booking will be forfeited.

  • Reservation Transfers: Allowed if payment has been made in full. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@wadadlivity.com. Transfers must be completed by March 1, 2027.

3. Event Changes & Rescheduling

  • Right to Cancel: Wadadlivity reserves the right to cancel the retreat at any time for any reason. Refunds will be issued minus the non‑refundable $250 fee.

  • Rescheduling: Wadadlivity may reschedule the retreat within 365 days of the original dates. Refunds will not be offered if the retreat is rescheduled.

  • Itinerary & Excursions: Subject to change without notice.

4. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older by March 26, 2026.

  • Wadadlivity reserves the right to deny access to any participant at its sole discretion.

5. What’s Included

  • Accommodations at BodyHoliday resort

  • Meals, non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from BodyHoliday’s all‑inclusive menu

  • Daily wellness activities

  • Group excursions

  • Round‑trip airport transfers on designated dates

Not Included: Airfare, ground transportation outside official retreat events, specialty dining experiences, premium wines, food items outside the all‑inclusive menu, personal expenses, or additional services not listed above.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants agree to treat others with respect.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • By participating, all guests waive any and all rights to hold Wadadlivity liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to retreat activities, accommodations, or meals.

  • Participants acknowledge that accommodations and meals are provided by BodyHoliday resort.

  • All participants are required to obtain travel insurance covering their stay from March 26–30, 2027. Wadadlivity does not provide insurance.

8. Additional Charges

  • Any additional charges incurred outside the retreat package (including but not limited to spa services, personal purchases, extra excursions, specialty dining, premium wines) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
