Meet Jermaine
Jermaine Jonas is a classically trained chef whose culinary path has taken him through kitchens across Asia, Europe, and North America, shaping a style that’s as global as it is deeply rooted in Caribbean tradition.
For over a decade, Jermaine has also been one of my closest friends and creative collaborators. We’ve built meaningful wellness experiences together, including our beloved Yoga on the Farm events.
Beyond his work as a chef, Jermaine consults with restaurants to craft vibrant, plant‑forward menus that make healthy eating both accessible and exciting. In 2022, he returned home to Antigua and Barbuda to launch the first plant‑based, minimal‑waste, farm‑to‑table concept, bringing his passion for flavor, sustainability, and community full circle.
